Visit Our Current Inventory
Schedule an appointment with our Sales Team and tour our current inventory. This will give you an opportunity to assess your likes and dislikes and discuss what you and your family want and need in a new home.
Work with our sales team to create a list and plan to ensure that you get the right home at the best possible value.
Plan & Site Selection
We invite you then to look through our available floor plans or we can connect you with an architect.
We are currently building in Sunset Hills in Tulsa/Broken Arrow and Whisper Lane in Bixby. We can also build on any lot or land that you own.
Work with a Lender
Work with one of our preferred lenders or your own banker to discuss your pre-approval.
Our Sales Team can also help see your current home if needed.
New Home Agreement
Once you settle on a location, floorplan, and exterior and interior selections, it is time to sign a contract. The contract will list the specifications for your new home so that no detail is missed and ensures all parties are on the same page.
Start Construction
Now it’s time for the fun part: start building your new home!
We strive to create a truly wonderful experience. From making your final selections to visiting job sites, we are here to assist you every step of the way.
Once your new home is completed, we will perform several walk-throughs to make sure everything is just the way you want it! Remember, every home comes with a 1-year warranty to ensure your new home is performing like it’s supposed to!
