Let’s be honest, building a house is stressful. There are deadlines, due dates and decisions to be made all while still living your life, working, raising a family, etc. There is nothing easy about it- but We are so glad we chose Southern Homes to take that journey with us. Sure, things will get stressful- but Shannon, Ralph and Gunta are there for you every single step of the way. They have answers when you need them and better yet, they have solutions when you may not. Our home is beautiful, it is well made and the exact representation of who we are. We recommended them during the process and most importantly… after the process. They truly care about building a quality home and helping the owners out along the way. The crews they hire are wonderful as well. They are always easy to talk to and you never feel like you’re intruding when you want to check in on the process. If we ever choose to upgrade again, we’ll still be Southern Homes Clients. I truly believe a man’s word is his most important asset and Southern Homes delivered us what they promised.
